Chronicles is a New York photo and video collective specializing in modern love stories, including civil ceremonies, City Hall weddings, elopements, intimate weddings, proposals, engagements, couples sessions, anniversaries, and related photography and videography services.

A date or time is not considered reserved solely because a client submits an inquiry or communicates with Chronicles.
A booking becomes confirmed only after the requirements specified during the booking process have been completed, which may include execution of an applicable agreement and payment of the required retainer or deposit.
Specific booking terms are governed by the agreement provided for the applicable service.
Pricing
Prices displayed or discussed through the website may be subject to change unless confirmed through a booking agreement, invoice, or other written confirmation from Chronicles.
Additional services, extended coverage, travel, permits, admission fees, additional photographers or videographers, expedited delivery, or other requests may involve additional charges.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation, rescheduling, weather, lateness, refund, and retainer policies applicable to a photography or videography booking are governed by the client’s individual service agreement.
If there is any conflict between these website Terms and a signed client agreement, the applicable client agreement will control with respect to the booked services.
Locations and Permits
Clients are responsible for complying with the rules of photography locations unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Some locations may require reservations, permits, admission tickets, photography fees, or other authorization.
Access to a particular location cannot be guaranteed when access is controlled by a government agency, venue, property owner, security personnel, weather conditions, construction, public events, or other circumstances outside our control.
Creative Style
By booking Chronicles, clients acknowledge that photography and videography are creative services.
Our work may incorporate documentary photography, cinematic imagery, modern editorial composition, natural moments, gentle direction, and refined posing.
While references and inspiration may be discussed, exact replication of another photograph, video, editing style, lighting condition, weather condition, or creative result cannot be guaranteed.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the photographs, videos, text, graphics, branding, logos, website design, and other original content displayed on chronicles.photo are owned by Chronicles or used with appropriate authorization.
Website content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, commercially exploited, or used to create derivative materials without prior written permission.
Client Images
Rights relating to photographs or videos created for a client—including copyright, personal usage rights, commercial usage, publication, portfolio usage, social-media usage, and privacy—are governed by the applicable photography or videography agreement.
Portfolio Images
Photographs and videos displayed on this website are presented as examples of our creative work.
They may not be downloaded, reproduced, altered, sold, used for artificial-intelligence training, used commercially, or republished without authorization from the applicable rights holder.
